DevOps for Small Teams: Docker, Nginx, and VPS

DevOps for a small product is usually: a Dockerfile that builds, Nginx in front, a process manager, env files, and a staging URL.

I do this as a freelancer alongside the website or API — not a separate six-month platform rewrite. Delhi and Gurugram teams often need this after the first launch when “it runs on my machine” stops being funny.
