Portfolio & Client Work Disclaimer

How project screenshots, names, case details, and testimonials on this site should be understood.

Last updated: August 27, 2026

Purpose of this portfolio

AKESH.IN is the personal portfolio of Akesh Yadav, a full-stack developer in Delhi NCR, India. Project pages, screenshots, architecture notes, and metrics are shown so potential clients and employers can evaluate craft, scope of work, and delivery style.

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, materials on this Site are for educational and portfolio demonstration only — not a claim of ownership over client products, brands, or confidential systems.

Screenshots and project details

Interface screenshots, feature lists, and case-study narratives illustrate work I contributed to or delivered. They may reflect production UIs belonging to clients or employers. Display here does not mean those assets are free to download, resell, white-label, or reuse as marketing collateral by third parties.

Some visuals may be cropped, compressed, or partially redacted. Descriptions summarize engineering involvement and should not be read as complete product documentation or as publishing of proprietary source code.

  • Do not treat portfolio images as official brand kits or approved press packs
  • Do not redistribute screenshots as stock UI, templates, or competitor pitch assets
  • Do not assume every pixel or copy on a live product still matches the captured state

Trademarks and intellectual property

Product names, logos, domain names, design systems, and trademarks mentioned or shown (including client and partner brands) belong to their respective owners. Appearance on AKESH.IN does not imply endorsement beyond the factual statement that I worked on related engineering, nor does it transfer any IP rights to visitors.

My original portfolio writing, site design, and personal branding remain mine. Client code, designs, data, and marks remain with the client or rights holder under whatever agreement governed that engagement.

No unauthorized commercial reuse

You may not scrape, mirror, or commercially exploit client-related visuals or case text from this Site as if they were your deliverables. Fair personal viewing and linking to public pages is fine; using the portfolio as a warehouse of someone else’s product assets is not.

If you need rights to reuse a specific image or description beyond ordinary portfolio viewing, contact me first — and understand that client permission may also be required.

Testimonials and quotes

Where the Site shows testimonials, quotes may appear with a person’s name and photo. Those statements are presented as feedback related to collaboration or delivery. They are not paid celebrity endorsements, and they do not create a warranty for future projects.

If you are named or pictured and want a quote edited or removed, email the contact below. I will make reasonable efforts to correct or take down the item promptly.

Accuracy and metrics

Download counts, timeline notes, and impact lines are shared in good faith based on project context available at the time of writing. Products evolve; live sites change. Always verify current product status on the official property when decisions depend on it.

Request removal or correction

If you are a rights holder, client contact, or named individual and believe something on this portfolio should be corrected, anonymized, or removed — including screenshots, project names, case details, or testimonials — contact akeshiiitian@gmail.com with:

  • The page URL and a clear description of the material
  • Your relationship to the work or brand
  • The change you are requesting (edit, credit update, or takedown)

I aim to respond in good faith and resolve reasonable requests without unnecessary delay. This process is a practical courtesy for a personal portfolio; it is not an admission of wrongdoing.

Limitation

This disclaimer, together with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, explains how the Site is meant to be used. It does not replace a lawyer’s advice or a signed commercial contract. For engagement-specific IP, NDA, or work-for-hire terms, use a proper agreement between the parties.
